3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be requested by buyers through their Zealth24 account. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method through PayFast. Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on banking processes.
3.2 Service Cancellations
Services booked on Zealth24 can be canceled according to Zealth24’s Cancellation Policy. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within the specified time (usually 24 hours before the service). Cancellations made
outside of this timeframe may incur partial refunds or no refund, as stated in our policy.

Sellers and buyers are encouraged to submit evidence, such as transaction details, communication records, and photographs, to facilitate resolution. Zealth24 may, at its discretion, forward disputes to PayFast for further handling, while maintaining a neutral stance.
5. Payouts to Sellers
5.1 Settlement Process
Sellers receive payouts through PayFast according to PayFast’s settlement periods, which typically fall within 2 business days after a transaction is completed. Zealth24 disclaims any liability for PayFast’s settlement delays or
technical issues.
5.2 Compliance with PayFast Terms
All sellers are required to comply with PayFast’s policies for payout processing, including verification steps and tax obligations. Non-compliance may result in delays, and Zealth24 bears no responsibility for issues arising from failure to adhere to PayFast’s requirements.
6. Anti-Fraud and Security Measures
